Living The Full Life

Go after God and He will be everything you need.

Learn to live in His fullness and blessing.

Does it make sense to stand out in the cold, shivering and wet, and think it’s normal when God is holding the door open to a warm home, a hot meal, and cozy fire? Why would you call yourself a Christian and not walk fully in what that means?

A young woman came into the healing rooms recently with an extensive list of prayer needs. She said she was a Christian, but when I asked her why she wasn’t filled with the Holy Spirit, she said she didn’t think it was that important. The truth is that, if she had the Holy Spirit leading her and guiding her life, she wouldn’t have suffered all the things she came in to be prayed for.

Many people suffer from illness, poverty, fear, anger, and the list goes on, and they call themselves Christians. They ask for prayer for God to fix things, but don’t make the changes in their lives to live freely.

God made a very clear plan to live with blessing. Seek first the kingdom of God.  (Matt 6:33) Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.  (Matt 27:33) Give Him your heart completely and without reservation. Be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Acts 13:52) When you do, you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. (Ps 1:3) And you will dwell in the secret place of the Most High. (Ps 91:1)
