Leopards don’t turn stripy.

Is it possible for God to lie? Even a tiny fib? Stretch the truth? Can a leopard change his spots? No, and God cannot change His nature. His nature is truth and His promise is faithful. In Revelations, Jesus sits on a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True. (Rev 19:11) Faithful and True are names of God, not I Changed My Mind.

Whatever promise you have, whatever you claimed from the Bible, He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it. (1Thes 5:24) If we are faithless, He remains faithful, He cannot deny Himself. (2Tim 2:13) The only reason God would not answer prayer for you is if you bailed on Him. He will bless those who trust in Him, regardless of how long it takes. It’s easy to be frustrated with His timing, but that doesn’t mean that He won’t do what He said He would do. He waits for a reason. Ask Him what it is. What is He waiting for you to do? Let go of something? Forgive someone? Step out? Never forget that God is ALWAYS faithful. Don’t let go of that.
