What ever level of faith you are in, you need to keep moving. Babies are not meant to be babies for ever. We are meant to grow in maturity.Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. (Ps 119:105)
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, and He will tell you things to come. (Jhn 16:13)
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go. I will guide you with My eye. (Is 32:8)
Do you see a progression here? First we cling to His word for guidance and truth. We build our foundation on it. But there is more. Then we learn to listen to His voice and receive fresh anointing from His Spirit. But there is even more. When we mature as strong believers, all it takes is looking where He is looking to know where to go next. We are so fixed on His face, that we see what He sees.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a believer, you need to keep growing. You will never reach your full potential until you do.
