Just for kicks, I did a word search through the Bible. Guess what? The word coincidence doesn’t come up. It’s not in the Bible. There’s no coincidence in His word or His plans. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those wo are called according to His purpose.(Rom 8:28) The key here is to those who love God. It’s always the key. If we can get our head around the first commandment, then we can have faith for all the good things He will do for us.

When we love God first, above all things, He takes the very thing the enemy tries to use against us and turns it into blessing. Since we’re human, we know we’ll make mistakes, but when we turn our hearts to God, those mistakes become milestones in our walk of faith. There are no coincidences. Everything in our lives, put in the hands of God, will be turned to our good if we let Him. That may seem like an impossible challenge. If so, go back and examine your love for God. Put Him first in your heart, then give Him that challenge to work out. He makes all things work for our good.
