Speaking life actually makes you healthy. Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones. –Prov 16:24. The tongue of the wise promotes health. –Prov 12:18

Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. So what should fill your heart? Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy meditate on these things. –Phil 4:8 Arm your angels with that and see what it does.
