The love of God is so complete, that nothing is ever left out. When we fall into His arms, He takes care of us completely. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. (Mat 6:33) Our job, our housing, our family, our future–all are safe in His hands.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Mat 11:29) God wants us to live the good life. That doesn’t mean fast cars and million dollar homes, though it could, it means living in divine peace, because we know that everything that matters to us matters to Him and we have nothing to stress about.
When we live in the kingdom, we live in a relationship with Him that includes everything that we need. I read something recently that said, Don’t ask for money, ask why you need it. If your trust is complete, provision will come. It may come at the eleventh hour, but it will come. Once we get past needing to know how and when God will do something, we can enter into His rest. We can start to have fun.
His love has us covered. He’s already seen our lives, past and present, and knows what to do. But He won’t do anything unless we trust Him like a little child looking up at Daddy with a great big smile. When we fail to trust with childlike faith, we tie His hands. Learning to live in His love takes intentional effort and takes us into His presence with joy.
