God’s love for us is massive.
How much does God love you? For some people, that’s not a serious question, because they know God. But for too many people, it is a serious they just do not understand that they are loved.
If you really understood how much God loves you, how would it affect your life? If you felt abandoned, or had no hope at all for your future and you finally learned how much God loves you, it would change your life.
Even Christians, who profess to believe, do not fully understand how much God loves them. John 3:16 has become jargon and lost meaning. But stop and think about it. God sent the King of kings to die for us because He wants us to be with Him so much. He thinks about us constantly. How precious are Your thoughts to me, Oh God. How great is the sum of them. (Ps 139:17)
This is something I am trying to get my head around. I want to learn more about how much God loves me. I want to understand, as much as I am capable, what it means to be loved by the God who created the universe. To understand that kind of love helps me to love Him back with every fiber of my being. When I can love like that, I have it all.
