How Do You Pray To A Trinity? Part Five
In then end, it really doesn’t matter who you pray to, as long as you have an open relationship with all parts of the Godhead. You may very well feel drawn to one part over the others, and that’s ok. It’s because of who you are and how you’ve been made. I think it’s very handy of God to be multiple versions of Himself to fit our different needs. There may be season where you need to discover the real Jesus in your life, and later get to know your Father or Comforter. You can never learn it all. As long as you want to know Him more, He’ll show you more, from now through eternity.
How Do You Pray To A Trinity? Part Four
Do you even think about who the Holy Spirit is in your life? He is part of the Godhead. He is God in you. If you really cannot relate to him, you may have issues with your mother. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter, the One who literally wraps Himself around you to comfort you when you are hurting. He’s also the One who fills us with joy and peace. Talk to Him. Be quiet and listen to Him. He’s actually a lot of fun and has a great sense of humor. But He also knows our deepest pain. He will be the one you feel close by during the long, sleepless nights of agony. If you don’t have a relationship with Him, start now. He’s almost giddy at the thought of being friends with you.

Jesus said, if you’ve seen Me you’ve seen the Father. The Holy Spirit comes into our hearts when we become saved, so should we be talking to Him? There can be this private awkwardness when it comes to prayer, but I’m pretty sure that we don’t need to stress about it. God is well adjusted enough to not be offended how we pray. In fact, who we pray to can reveal our own need for healing.
