In the beginning, when the world was without form and void, the Godhead looked forward into the future and saw a time when He would live with a people who knew Him and loved Him. He saw that there would be pain and sorrow along the way, so He made a plan to help His people find the peace and joy they longed for.
His people did not always know that He loved them because they stopped listening to Him. It was sad that they suffered from their own bad decisions. But God continued to woo them. He continued to see a time when His people would call on Him and trust Him and live in His love. And so a great shift happened in the universe. Jesus was born.
Since the beginning of all things, Jesus looked forward to this time of birth. It was His gift of humility that would save all who call to Him for salvation and peace. It wasn’t a last-minute decision to send the Son of God to earth, it was planned from before creation, God’s ultimate plan to call His own to Himself. It is with great reverence and thankfulness that we remember that Jesus came to save us. It was always His plan.
A powerful share, I just given this onto a coeagllue who was performing somewhat evaluation on this. And he in actual fact purchased me breakfast because I identified it for him.. smile.
